Originally established as Nabeel Abdul-Raheem Consultants ("NARCO") in 2007, and subsequently modifying its abbreviation to NABCO in 2025, Nabeel Abdul-Raheem Consultants "NABCO", Kuwait is an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 certified multidisciplinary engineering consultancy firm.
It was founded by Dr. Nabeel Abdul-Raheem, who holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, USA, and brings over 45 years of professional experience in the field.
Dr. Abdul-Raheem has served for more than two decades as a Senior Engineering Advisor and Team Leader at the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development. During his tenure, he was actively involved in the appraisal and technical evaluation of numerous development initiatives, contributing to the assessment of over 50 projects across various sectors and countries.
Renowned for his strong leadership skills, Dr. Abdul-Raheem combines deep technical expertise with commercial acumen, enabling the cost-effective and efficient execution of civil engineering projects.
NABCO offers comprehensive engineering and advisory services to clients across a broad range of civil engineering disciplines. We work with our clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility studies to final construction and commissioning as engineering consultants.
